I am willing to host the download of the compiled package if you send it to me. I will create a simple page and place it there for those that would like to download it. That would minimize the number of requests you would receive for sending the package. One caveat, I may have to remove the download periodically to ensure that my bandwith limits with my hosting service are not exceeded. So please, anyone wishing to download the package please be wary of this fact.
