Changes to "15.1 The Common Base":

Changes to section 15.1.1:

-------------------------- Add sentence "Note that it is allowed to omit the 'createInstance' activity in an abstract process as well (per 15.1.1, [5])." after sentence "To enforce this, we restrict the omittable tokens to all...".

Changes to section 15.1.2:

--------------------------- Change the definition of basic exec completion to say:

A basic executable completion of an abstract process is an executable completion whose allowed syntactic transformations are limited to (a) below, plus the addition of an activity with "createInstance='yes'" if none are present in the Abstract Process (per 15.1.1, [5])."
