Hello and Hi Today, I tell you another Best Website for finding the best job. Please check this link and enjoy your dream job. http://www33.websamba.com/freecareer/index.asp Special thing about this website is, they are presenting direct links to jobs. They are using only Direct Employers and not using Staffing Companies, Contract firms, Agencies, recruiters. I have checked this website Warm regardsBruce Smith
Dear "Bruce":
Your site needs a good bug hunt.
Pick a state, click "Submit" and you always get the same results on the screen. A lot of other things seem to have some problems:
"About Us", "Advertisement Program", "Member Companies", "Contact Us" all show the same text.
You might want to ask for help in testing instead of endorsing it with "I have checked it". (I checked it, too)
A big personal issue: when the number of items per screen are small, I can scan very quickly. But the output isn't consistent and I have to move the mouse around to click "next". If there's a standard layout, I can page through things a lot faster. It's also less confusing as things don't jump around on the screen and make people dizzy.
Also, if you're going to run a commercial site, check the spelling. An occasional slip happens. In the technical world, "then" instead of "than" is a common one. That should also be part of the shakedown process.
Finally, when you have affiliation with a site, particularly when it's commercial, it's generally a good thing to say so up front.
It's got potential, but you just need to tighten things up a bit.
