Hello!

I've setup two NT-machines with MySQL 3.23.28-gamma and prepared replication. When i start MySQL on the slave-machine i get the following message in the mysql.err-file:

"Server id is not set, slave thread will not be started"

MySQL is running after that on the slave, but without doing replication. What have i missed? Thanks for any help!
