ADC was not designed to cater for just your needs. You could always ring them up and get them to send it to you, so you don't have to change your password and don't have to download it.

Your argument is silly.

I think people have bigger things to worry about than the "uncertainty of the level of their password" that they want to use to download dev tools every 4 months. (and that must be changed EVERY time they visit the site, because of this stupid policy)
