Hi Ryan,

unfortunately, this isn't yet fixed. I didn't have the time to dig in the code. If your quest should have any success, please let me know.

Jo

Jo,

Did this get fixed for you? Cause I want to look in the code later today...because I to would like to have this issue solved. If not over the weekend I'll look through the code to see what lines of code actually store the email in the database.

Hi, I managed to setup Eventum with e-mail-integration and subject based routing. This works fine, except for one problem : for practical reasons, I have to use 1 central e-mail-account for the different projects we have. This e-mail-account is associatied with 1 project. Subejct-based routing works ok for this project, but when I'm sending e-mails to issue-id's for one of the other projects, the associated e-mails are not visible is the issue detail. They are associated to the right issue (checked table eventum_support_email), but the project id (field sub_ema_id) is not set to the project id of the issue.

Can anyone help me to fix this? Thanks, Jo Van Hoorde Latexco NV / Belgium
