Hello all.
I have written a couple of custom reports for eventum and am in the
process of writing another one. I find this process especially
difficult. Has any thought gone into trying to make reports easier to
make or even pluggable so that the reports I or somebody else makes
can be usable by other people?
In the mean time I do have one question.
I am trying to make a "release notes" report. I want a custom field
included in this report called product. I have not been able to figure
out how to join all the tables together to be able to display the
ticket information, the closing notes, and the custom field. Could
somebody provide me with guidance.
