Periodically, my process_mail_queue script fails. The symptoms are that the script takes longer than one minute to run when this happens, and the last DEBUG message I see it this:

DEBUG: Recv: Object

/bin/sh: line 1: 12177 File size limit exceeded/usr/bin/php -q process_mail_queue.php

This looks very strange to me. Could it be triggered by cron running another instance of the script? I don't think so because it seems to happen in exactly the same place in the process, but not always at the same time. Also, How can I trap this to recover from it.
