It seems that you can use the resize function to change the height of the view without any problems; however, changing the width causes some problems. When I attempt to resize the width I sometimes get a reduction in the height of the view and no change in the width. I don't see any problems when attempting this in the Gadget Designer, only as a desktop gadget.

Is there a work around this or is this a known issue which Google is currently fixing?
