Subject:Changes to Windows section of manual

I've been doing some reorganization of the Windows sections in the installation chapter of the Reference Manual (chapter 2). I know that some text files are generated from the manual when distributions are generated (using Docs/Support/generate-test-files.pl). I've looked at Docs/Makefile to see if my changes will affect this process, and it appears they will not. But is there somewhere else I should check to make sure that my changes won't mess up any other part of the packaging process?

Another point: There were a couple of instances in the Windows discussion in the manual where it was stated that the information about installing/running MySQL on Windows is also available in the README{,.txt} file of the Windows distribution. As far as I can tell, the README is just a text copy of the initial text of chapter 1, so I've removed both of these references to the README. It looks to me like they were misleading.
