Hi All -

I'd like to try my hand at running Android on one of the target platforms / reference designs available - does anyone know if there is a list of demo/eval boards that Android is known to run on?

In browsing the list and watching videos a bit, I've seen references to Freescale MX processors, TI OMAP chips, and other ARM9s, but of course all the manufacturers say on their product pages is that a Linux BSP is included. No mention of Android compatibility (which I think is to their detriment) so having a repository of known-working hardware platforms would be very helpful!

Is there such a place??

Thanks, [medic]Dave

PS I have a PC104 stack from Compulab with a PXA255 processor and plenty of RAM + NVRAM - maybe I could try it on this?? Will have to iron out the display interface tho...don't think it has a DAC on board
