I know the GME feed browser is able to convert RSS 2.0 into Atom feeds to render it in the front end. Is there a plan to use native RSS 2.0 as the front end in the GME FB sometime in the future, so that there would be no need to do the background conversion from RSS 2.0 to Atom????

Is GME planning a RSS 2.0 parser anytime soon?

GME can already parse RSS 2.0 feeds such as those here:

GME's back-end converts all RSS feeds into Atom feeds that can be used with GME lists, maps, etc., but all data contained in the original feeds should be available in the transformed Atom feeds as well.
