To be honest, I'm using older versions of Office (when I have to use Office) so didn't know about that problem.
I wonder. If Linux desktop continues to be taken up well, will Microsoft produce I version of Microsoft Office for Linux (like they do for Mac). That'd make compatibility a little less of an issue.
