I also received a response from someone who had done basic integration with Scopus QualityTEAM, and who was offering to provide more detailed information about how to do it. That It Can Be Done is the information I was looking for at this stage.

Keep in mind Scopus is a dead-end product; my current Perforce project is using Scopus but beginning to evaluate other problem tracking systems due to the lack of future support for Scopus. Not to mention the fact that Scopus is incredibly, unbelievably slow and the engineers hate it passionately. ;^)

I'm currently looking at Keystone, from StoneKeep Consulting. See http://www.stonekeep.com/ for more info. I haven't attempting any integration efforts yet, I'm still in the process of building an evaluation system.
