Thank you for the quick answer, but I tried both dragging and dropping from Explorer and "p4 add _?l?ment_supprim?.htm" from the command line (I'm working on an NT Workstation). As far as I remember you're doing consulting for Perforce customers. (I've been lurking since 3 months to the perforce mailing list and noticed your name quite a few times;-) Have you seen any Perforce users working around this problem? I am thinking of a batch file or a bash script for converting special characters into regular ones when cheking in and back when checking out or something similar.

Could you just rename the file as checked in to Perforce and then modify your script/process that builds your product package to put it in the package with the right name?
