Will subject-based routing work under Exchange server? When is the next update (1.6.2?) going to be released?

Georger,

Today the user gets an issue number after anonymously reporting an issue. What if she also got a code, like a FedEx tracking number? Then she could input this number in a to-be-created Anonymous Status form and know how her issue is doing. This code could be an MD-5 hash of the issue description, a randomly generated code or whatever.
I like this feature, but unfortunately don't think we will have time to implement it soon.
Or maybe I could just get myself around to writing the code that routes email based on the issue number contained in the Subject line and from a given domain...
Subject based routing is complete, and will be in our next release.
What do you think? Regards,
Georger
P.S.: How about integrating my favicon in the next release?
We need to get some paperwork done to do this, but I will follow up with
Joao on this.
Best Regards, /bryan
