I'm using http on localhost. I already tried with this command "touch
/usr/lib/courier/etc/webadmin/unsecureok" it makes no diffrent!

Are you using https or http ?
Do you connect from localhost or somewhere different ?
you can try:
touch /etc/courier/webadmin/unsecureok
This is explained in the INSTALL manual. See Section "OPTIONAL: Configure
webadmin" for
more information.
