Corrected a few errors in the meta.xml of the test doc.

Note that some meta-info in the file will not validate against the ODF RNG, this is intentional since the RNG itself contains a few glitches (see http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument_v1.1_Errata)
