Abbie Barbir of Nortel, Jon Bosak, and Elysa Jones of Warning Systems were named
as OASIS Distinguished Contributors in recognition of their significant
contributions to the advancement of open standards. We congratulate these
outstanding individuals for their impact on the global information society.

Version 1.1 of five SCA specifications including Assembly Model, WS-BPEL Client
and Implementation, Client and Implementation Model for C, Client and
Implementation Model for C++, and Policy Framework are offered for public review

The Visible Signature Profile of the Digital Signature Services OASIS Standard
enables visible signature characteristics to be embedded into documents and also
