from the prompt as 'root' type '/stand/sysinstall' ( minus quotes ). I don't remember the menu path after that, but I think it's pretty obvious when you look. You may need to burn all 4 disks to get what you want. I don't know...haven't installed any ports from disk in forever. Anyone else know the exact path?

It goes something like:

Configure -> Packages -> CD-ROM

Then you select a group (i.e. sysutils) and then the ports (i.e. portupgrade)
