We will provide all the details on this when submissions open, but the

short version is that you'll have to provide your contact information, submit your .apk file, and provide a "README" file containing a description of your application and special information we need to know to run or use it.

Hello,

It would be nice, if you considered possibility to provide project description in PDF file. Because of some limitations of Android's Emulator, maybe some projects will be implemented only in part. PDF (with some illustrations) will make us possible to describe our projects in details.
