How can I set the eventum so that anyone can view all issues without logging it?

What I want is that anyone can access the main.php just with just the 'view' privileges like a "Viewer" user but without having to register or login. This way people who are interested in my project can just see what's going on with development, what we are working on, what tasks are open etc..

Is this possible or does everyone have to register and login?
