A small word of warning. If you enable the new "site targetting" feature in your Adwords API account, then the column names in custom reports change. This change is apparently permanent, at least we deleted our site-targetted campaign and the column names have still changed. No change is seen on accounts where a site-targetted campaign has never been added.

The changes as far as we can see are:

* "keywordType" becomes "kwSiteType" * "keyword" becomes "kwSite"
