I concur, it is very important for us to be able to obtain the
CampaignId and AdGroupId fields from the new Keyword and Creative
reports. I suspect that most people would prefer the id fields over
the campaign name and ad group name fields since they are mutable.
Will you please consider adding these fields to the Keyword and
Creative reports? Furthermore, we'd like to see the CampaignId field
added to the AdGroup report.

something I could do with a CustomReportJob in V10, and I hope that
this functionality will be available in V11. For my application logic
it is critical.
