Hi I'm a complete newbie... I have PWS installed and php, I downloaded mySQL for win and installed it. winmysqladmin seems to work ok. the question is this: how do I create a new database and specify fields/tables etc and then how do I connect to it with php to show the db contents on a web page? please be explicit, I'm a beginner! or if someone has a link or FAQ(I've aleady looked at them but found nothing ) TIA peter
