Good, very good. My suggestion would be to try a lower camera position, maybe 1,8m high or even a bit lower and the horizon at 1/3 or 2/5 from the bottom. This would reduce the unimportant asphalt area in the front. It's the nice building that you want to "sell". I could be wrong but it's worth a try.
