Hello

I just installed mysql on a computer here and tryied to grant an user to connect from any host, then I put % in the host column for this user. I tryied to reach to database then from the local network, and all worked fine

As a tried to reach it from internet ( using the IP of my online computer ) , the connection never happended and stuck the script I launched. ( like i was using a firewall blocking the 3306 port)

I have no firewall on the machine, it is directly connected to intenet, apache was running well and accessible from the internet, but not my mysql server.

I read somewhere that there where something to fix in the windows hosts. files , i am not sure of that.

If someone could help me to make my server accessible from the internet that would be nice :)
