New development build of SqWebMail, and Courier.

• Fixed minor compilation warnings and errors

• Improved webmail session keep-alives. Use a hidden frame to send keep-alive pings at regular intervals. As long as the sqwebmail frame is loaded in the browser, the pings will keep the session from soft-timing out. Note - the hard timeout (2 hours) still applies.

This is the development build. The documentation in INSTALL hasn't been updated to note that webmail soft-timeouts no longer need adjusting (this part of the INSTALL will be removed, since it no longer matters). Feedback is wanted on how this works in various browsers, especially whether the hidden frame pings have any negative impacts on ongoing message composition, on the write message screen. Default pings are sent every ten minutes, while logged in.
