How does Courier IMAP handle drafts? I'm running courier-imap-1.3.11.20011014

It appears to me that Courier doesn't implement a draft flag on messages. Instead, drafts must be saved to a folder called "Drafts". If this folder is called "drafts" or if you try to mark a message in some other folder as a draft, it doesn't work.

Is this correct? Anything in the "Drafts" folder is a draft and anything anywhere else isn't.
