Subject:[courier-users] trouble with PAM authentication (IP errors?)Actions...

Sorry for my dumb question in my last post re. how to increase courier logging levels to syslog - I should of course have been looking in the maillog. DOHH!

OK, the login failure now shows as: Sep 3 16:00:44 server imapd: Connection, ip=[::ffff:213.120.101.8] Sep 3 16:00:49 server imapd: LOGIN FAILED, ip=[::ffff:213.120.101.8] Sep 3 16:00:49 server imapd: DISCONNECTED, ip=[::ffff:213.120.101.8], headers=0, body=0

I don't fully understand the format of the ip= information. Does it imply that the net-pf-10 module should be present on the system even if IPv6 is not being used?

Thanks!
