The minutes from the last meeting were accepted as amended.

Resolutions

1. Resolved to allow G. Ken Holman as an observer to the meeting.

2. There were no technical resolutions, as the major business was the discussion and rewriting of the draft Basic Structural Decisions, based on the original emailed from the Chair 02/17/2000.

3. As previously resolved, we adjourned until the next scheduled telephone meeting to be held on Thursday, 2000.03.30 (starting at 5:00 pm EST)

Meeting adjourned 7:00 pm EST.

Attachment I Action Items

1. Debbie Lapeyre: The day before the next meeting (similarly for all subsequent meetings) send out the phone number and access code to all participants.

2. Jon Bosak

a. Draft a proposed resolution that indicates the consensus of this meeting and distribute it to all in time for discussion and vote at the next meeting.

b. Follow-up on the invitation to John Parsons to join the committee

c. Communicate the resignations of Murray and Mary to the OASIS board

d. Request that the board appoint G. Ken Holman

e. If John Parsons agrees to join, request that the board appoint G. Ken Holman

f. Sketch out wording on "motion to connect" ***old item***
