This release of Courier introduces the final version of the web-based interface to couriermlm, implementing a complete, browser-based mailing list administration function.

* webmlm: web-based administration of mailing list. Must run 'couriermlm update', see INSTALL.

* Fix a potential race condition when shutting down perlfilter

* Fixed a long-standing bug in courierfilter locking.

* webadmin: allow multiple domains aliased to the same local account.
