Hello courier-users,

in esmtpd conf file is default options for esmtpauth LOGIN CRAM-MD5 but really work only LOGIN mail clients that try send mail with CRAM-MD5 recieve error 535 how can I enable or install CRAM-MD5 support for courier authlib p.s. I use authpgsql module for courier-authlib.

You must configure authpgsql to use cleartext passwords. If authpgsql was configured to use cleartext passwords, CRAM-MD5 should've worked automatically. Since it doesn't, you must be using encrypted passwords, so your only option is to disable CRAM-MD5 completely, by removing it from the authentication string.
