as per the request on http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ciq/download.shtml I advise the NZ E-government Unit is downloading the full suite of documents for the purpose of:

(a) defining a NZ schema fragment under xNAL for use between govt agencies as part of the Interoperability framework initiative. This work is part of a new Working Group led by myself.

(b) coming to grips with the latest developments in this whole area and determing the best position for the NZ eGIF
