Well, then, make them understand it.

OK, I'll try to explain my user that he should use BCC header in that situations.

Note, that _you_ set value of headerlimit to 100000.

That's the max total size of all headers. So, your point?

Ups! I was thinking that is max total size of _one_ header :) Forgive me, please. I'm not a professional C programmer.

Your webmail is OK, but it doesn't check number of addresses for one nickname in user's address book or size of header with that nickname.

It would be quite a few to type in such a huge header by hand, via webmail.

My user is very "talented". He copied and pasted 180 adrresses from his another address book :)
