Hello list,

we are currently using Courier-Imap / Postfix with a virtual user setup (mysql). The setup works fine but we need maildrop for "vacation" autoreplies. Maildrop ignores the ".mailfilter" file in the user home-directory. If i manually include it in the /etc/maildroprc file it works.

/etc/maildroprc :

# Uncomment this line to make maildrop default to ~/Maildir for # delivery- this is where courier-imap (amongst others) will look. logfile "/var/log/maildrop.log" HOME="$HOME/$DEFAULT" #include "$HOME/.mailfilter" <-- COMMENTED FOR TESTING <:

Example .mailfilter for testing (in the user homedir) :

if (/^Subject:.*/) { log "CALLED!"; }

Any ideas how to get the .mailfilter file working in the users "home"-directory ?

Thanks,

Jens
