I found it impossible to deal with the AdWords system because (I think) all my browsers are too old. I'm running system 9.2 on a Mac, and old versions of Explorer and Netscape. Wouldn't allow me to log-in or set up an AdWords account. Finally I went to the public library and used their Explorer on a Dell and everything worked like clockwork. Now I can log-in to see my account, etc. using Internet Explorer 5.1 (old Mac 9.2 version), and this is with the same software. Maybe that's what's happening to you. . . --Bill
