I am trying to get maildrop 1.8.0 running . I installed maildrop-authlib, sqwebmail,courier-imap. Sqwebmail and courier-imap does wotk with courier authlib withouth any problems. But maildrop 1.8.0 does not really wotk. If I do a maildrop -v I can see that the Courier-authlib-extensions are enabled. But there is always an error in the syslog : status=bounced (user unknown. Command output: ERR: authdaemon: s_connect() failed: Permission denied Invalid user specified. )

it looks like that maildrop' can't connect to mysql..i can see it in the mysql log. Some people say if courier-imap, sqwebmail runs with courier-authlib then maildrop Should run also..where does maildrop read the connection info to get a connected with mysql ?? I the previous version i use the maildropmysql.conf that looks different to the authmysqlrc ??

does anybody have an idee wath the problem is ???
