The newest release of the .NET client library adds a lot of new
goodies for you, they are listed in detail here:

The highlights are:
YouTube support, you can search them, upload them, download them, rate
them.... And there is a full blown ASP example on how to do all that,
including authentication for web applications.
Google Health support. There is a nice command line tool (HealthTool)
that demonstrates how you could manipulate the online data in your
health profile, and of course, you could use web authentication as
well. You get all that, and we even throw in a Visual Studio 2005
project template.
Google Contacts are new and improved, and so are the .NET classes
dealing with those feeds.
