Can email integration be implemented to the anonymous ticket submission out of the box in the future which allows the user to submit a ticket and be emailed the ticket number and check the status via a web form without having to add the customer manually? Or could a separate web form be created to allow customers to submit requests using their email address. This would be useful for thousands of customers that do not need logins.
