Anyone know if you can force courier to send all non-local mail to a specific relay mail server? In other words I want all local mail to be delivered by maildrop and all mail for the rest of the world to go to another mail server I have that will then relay it to where ever it needs to go.

Put a line like this in your /etc/courier/esmtproutes file:

:relay.server.com

If the part before the colon is empty, the routing will happen for all non-local emails.

'man courier' for more details.
