Good afternoon, All, I have recently upgraded my computer by replacing the motherboard and CPU and SCSI adapter. I shyed away from the expensive brands and purchased a reasonably priced SIIG AP-10 SCSI PCI adapter. This works well for my DOS installation, but is not found by the FreeBSD installation. Are there drivers available for the SIIG adapter to work with FreeBSD? Will FreeBSD accept it as some other brand SCSI adapter? What are my options without resorting to spending a lot more $$ on the expeensive brands?

Can you determine what type of controller the SIIG is? I'm wondering if it's just a rebadged NCR/Symbios controller. SIIG makes motherboards too, it may require BIOS support.
