Hi Brian, My courier-imap is working fine with imap and pop3. I think this configuration is already using a courier-authlib because thereis a file that configures it,

courier-imap-3.x and sqwebmail-4.x do not use the standalone courier-authlib package; it has authlib built-in.

courier-imap-4.x and sqwebmail-5.x use the separate standalone courier-authlib.

Yes, when i tryied to compile sqwebmail it complained about

courierauthconfig. Then i downloaded and compiled courier-authlib

./configure make make install make install-migrate make install-configure

I'm not sure what i did or what is going on, i think i have 2 authlib running or trying to run on my system.

Yes indeed.

Should i doanload and compile courier-imap, courier-authlib and sqwebmail ?.

You can run with two separate authentication daemons - it will work. But you'll have two separate sets of config files for them.

Brian.
