Hi, How can I set the console resolution at the boot time? I would like to have it higher thus more things can fit in and it would look nice like in many linux distributions. Evren

rc.conf(5), vidcontrol(1).

note, however, that setting the font with allscreens_flags in /etc/rc.conf kicks in really late in the boot process. you might look for a way to specify default font in the kernel (istr there *is* a way).
