I have published the minutes from today's meeting in [1]. A couple of observations:

. I have been unable to locate votes on the list from RL-TC and the SS-TC to accept the charter. If I've missed them let me know and I'll add the archive URL's.

. We didn't accept the minutes from the last meeting on today's call.
