Pawel, you were absolutely correct - the patch includes the subfolders as well after I've installed version 5.1.2.20060722. (I was comparing the new version on machine vs. the old version on another, thus not realizing that I still had the old - unpatched version - when I noticed the "problem".

I think I need a vacation :-)
