Well, that should be simple: don't list your IP in the MX records for that domain.

smtpaccess isn't appropriate for that. If anything, I'd suggest using a courierfilter.

However, before you invest the time and effort to implement this, you should evaluate whether or not there's actually a problem to be solved. If your IP isn't listed as an MX for the domain, you're not going to receive mail for it.
