I am surprised that 1.0.3 worked on Win95. I was told by our windows main developer that the Administrator does not run on the old win-platforms(98/98/ME).

The user will get "MySQLAdministrator.exe is linked to missing export NETAPI32.DLL:NetApiBufferFree". This function is not implemented on Win9x. I tried looking at the diff between 1.0.3 and 1.0.4, but I realized that I can't code pascal. ;)

Are there any instructions available on how to compile MySQL Administrator on Windows machines? I would be happy to help, but can't figure out how to compile the changes I've made(as simple as they may be)

Unfortunately building under windows is not that easy. I think noone outside of mysql ever tried to compile the windows-version. You need Delphi and a C-Compiler(only the Microsoft Compiler is tested by us). The C-Compiler is not much of an requirement since Microsoft released a free version of the (cmdline) compiler lately. But not too many people have Delphi around probably. Apart from these two compilers you need a bunch of libraries. That's why we have not written any specific compile-readme for windows till now. If you have Delphi and would really like to get it compiled under windows, post again and we will write the Readme now rather than later.
