Gerhard, I asked this same question, and here is the email that I received from the excellent people on this list:
----------------------- Hello !
The Lazy Fox [mailto:lazy...@foxden.dhs.org] ported mysql++ to MS VC++. Look at ftp://foxden.dhs.org/mysql/mysql++-1.7.1-win32-vc++.zip

Hello,
Unfortunately I don't have much Unix experience by now and don't know how to use make commands. I downloaded the mysql++ source from www.mysql.com but couldn't get it to work with vc++. The version compiled for Borland also just produced lots of errors. Can you help me to configure the mysql++ api for vc++?
Thanks in advance Gerhard
