Hello list,
I use one project in my eventum environment solely to recieve e-mails on our
support account. It uses subject based routing and I applied the patch as
described in the forum.
When the subject is related to an issue in another project:
- The attachment comes through perfectly
- Response mail to the developers is started perfectly
- But there are no notes being generated!
Anyone has had this at hand before and found some sort of solution? I feel
it has to do with the project mismatch..
